Course Process Flow

Step 1: Skilling Up

Each Module starts with a short and interesting Education Content. Goal is to spark interest and improve commitment ensuring best results.

Step 2: Identification of Weak Links

Step 2 is going through a Quiz to help with the identification of weak links. Upon completion of the quiz, you will get your score.

Step 3: Individualised Guidance

Once your Weak Links have been identified you'll receive Individualised Guidance in form of holistic Action Plans.

Step 4: Live Webinar and 1 to 1 Consultations

Step 4 consists of a Live Webinar to help answer questions you might have or 1 to 1 Consultation / Coaching Sessions to help guide you more closely and ensuring no one is left behind.

Step 5: Implementation of Action Plans

After ensuring every one of the team is aware about their individual corrective actions you will be given few days to Implement the Action Plans into your daily routine.

Step 6: Progress Tracking

Progress is being tracked in regular time spans at day 0, 30, 60 and 90 to document your progression. Key health markers are collected and plotted in form of interactive spider and line diagrams.
