Mental Health
When sleep is neglected, nutrition is not taken care of and a sedentary lifestyle is embraced, this puts us in the cross roads of mental issues. The 3PP© has a special module covering mental health. Our Genotype assessment module will help identify neurotransmitter dominance and detect any existing deficiencies. An individualised supplementation plan will not only help reestablish a neurotransmitter balance for optimal mental health, but also help your staff regain mental sharpness and finding their edge.

This course offers a comprehensive approach to enhancing personal well-being and performance. Over 5 weeks, it covers Sleep, Stress Management, Nutrition, Exercise, and Mental Health, each with a dedicated quiz for insights and personalized improvement recommendations.

Skilling up
The staff goes through short and interesting educational content for 3 to 5 minutes of the 3PP© Method.

Weak Links
We collect health and performance data using the 3PP© Method from every staff member using interactive quizzes.

Guidance
Every team member will receive a detailed, personalised guide on how to improve identified weak links using the 3PP© Method.

Action plans
Every team member is given few days to implement the corrective actions. Individual online support is provided if needed.

Consultation
Mid way during the implementation phase a live webinar is organised to check on every team member and help answer any questions.

Progress Tracking
Pre-defined and specific intervals of time checks are performed to track the progress of every team member.
